The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Manage communication and collaboration with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) on Instagram and/or TikTok, including coordination of cooperation details.
  • Oversee the quality control of KOL content materials, and perform analysis and optimization as needed.
  • Research and analyze Indonesian influencers and high-quality content in the beauty category to identify trends and develop scripts or materials for influencer marketing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers to enhance cooperation and drive sales performance.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting to ensure business results and ROI are met.
Ideal Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; fluent in spoken English.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and high sensitivity to beauty-related content.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; 1–3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing for cosmetics or skincare products in Indonesia is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative team player, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
