We are looking for a high-potential candidate with strong business acumen and proven experience in the mining sector to join Hilti as a Key Account Manager. What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to engage in direct customer contact to manage mega/key accounts,create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer. The role involves professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry. The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
What you need is:
• B.E / B.Tech of Mining Engineering or relevant majorfrom a reputed university
• At least 3 years of sales experience or equivalent customer facing experience in the construction/ miningindustry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic personality with strong winning and high-performance mindset
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
• Self-motivated and a quick learner
• Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
• Valid driving license
•Willing to be based in Jakarta and open to frequent business travel across Indonesia
