Overview

cashUP is the first company in Indonesia to locally develop a host of payment solutions which include a fully certified card‑present payment gateway and merchant centric reporting tools.

The mission is to quickly but steadily evolve to provide merchants with a true omni‑channel gateway which includes cashUP card‑present (EDC & mPOS) and Cashlez ecommerce payment services with Open API support for non‑competitive payment solutions powered by mobile, e‑wallet and social media.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership
  • Good presentation skills, able to speak fluently about product & business to B2B or B2C
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheets
  • Strong English speaking and writing ability
  • Experience in a startup industry is a plus
  • Extensive networking or customer relationship skills
  • Target oriented & able to work under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up‑sell and cross‑sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPI’s
  • Conduct key account analysis
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback
  • Grow the GTV and cross‑sell bank product or bank program
