Key Account Executive

We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to join our team! If you’re passionate about building strong relationships with customers, supporting key account operations, and driving sales growth, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and key partners to ensure smooth execution, strong performance, and continuous expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Support in managing and maintaining good relationships with key accounts, especially Modern Trade and Health & Beauty channels.
  • Help monitor sales performance and identify basic growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Able to lead the full JBP cycle: preparation, negotiation, alignment, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and supporting documents for securing new accounts.
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing and internal teams to execute promotions, ensure proper product placement, and follow up on operational needs.
  • Support in negotiating pricing and promotional agreements.
  • Track promotional activities, stock levels, and sales results, highlighting issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare routine reports such as sales updates, account performance summaries, and market observations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in key account, sales, or trade roles (FMCG or baby personal care is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
