Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of clients' online stores across marketplaces, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and proactively implement strategies to enhance online store performance and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing function to develop and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, including sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, guiding data-driven decision-making and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and online store operations, preferably within the e-commerce enabler or retail industry.
  • Preferably have experience in managing online stores in the electronic category.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online store operations, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
