You’ll combine technical skill with customer empathy to ensure uninterrupted service and rapid resolution—even under pressure:
Diploma or degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
1–2 years in telecom, IP telephony, data networking, or cloud support (but fresh grads with strong aptitude and passion: we want you too!)
Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, AWS/Azure Fundamentals) are a plus but not a barrier
In-depth knowledge of Business Support Systems (BSS), Online Charging Systems (OCS), Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF), Diameter Edge Agent (DEA), and Diameter Routing Agent (DRA).
Proficiency with any cloud platforms and services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Firewalls, AWS, Red Hat, Database Systems, Kubernetes, Linux) are highly advantageous.
A natural problem‑solver who thrives on dissecting complex issues.
Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Strong written & spoken English, able to translate tech into clear, confident communication.
Eager to learn, adapt, and stay ahead of emerging tech trends (SD‑WAN, SASE, automation, etc.).
A team player who values collaboration, but isn’t afraid to take ownership.
