Job Posting: Video Editor / Videographer

We are a growing e-commerce group managing several successful brands in pet care, pest control, and human supplements. With a data-driven marketing approach and strong focus on performance advertising, we continuously scale our brands – and are now looking for creative talent to join our content team.

Your Role

You will be responsible for creating advertising videos and UGC content for our social media channels and performance campaigns. You'll film new footage, create new footage with modern AI tools and combine with existing footage to efficiently produce high-converting creatives at scale.

What you’ll do:

• Edit and produce video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon Advertising
• Create UGC-style content from existing footage and assets
• Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, subtitles, and image optimization
• Develop new creative concepts in collaboration with the marketing team
• Produce multiple variations of ads for A/B testing and performance optimization
• Build a scalable content production workflow

What You Bring

• Experience in video editing, ideally for social media or e-commerce
• Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies
• Eye for trends, hooks, and what performs on social media
• Self-motivated with a structured, independent working style
• Good English skills, German is a plus
• Experience with AI tools like Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Opus Clip, or similar

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and ad creative best practices
• Experience with Amazon video ad specifications
