The ideal candidate will lead and manage technology systems, ensuring application stability and security. Responsibilities include overseeing application development with Laravel and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in IT and proven expertise in managing technology teams. Strong proficiency in Laravel, cloud services, and database management is essential for this strategic and hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Software Development.
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or IT Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel.
• Experience with Next.js / React.
• Backend development experience using Node.js / Express.js.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3).
• Experience with Google Cloud services (Storage, APIs).
• Familiarity with Git (version control) and Linux server environments.
• Ability to work independently with full responsibility for system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and maintain applications built with Laravel, Next.js, and Express.js.
• Define system architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.
• Involved in hands-on coding, debugging, optimization, and system maintenance.
• Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud.
• Handle deployment, backup, monitoring, and system scaling.
• Ensure system security and data protection.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and simple SOPs.
• Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation.
