Overview

We are seeking an IT Manager for one of our client, a well-known Japanese F&B Outlet. This position will lead and optimize the company’s technology ecosystem, focusing on ERP, POS, and CRM systems. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth integration across outlets, maintaining a stable and secure IT infrastructure to support daily operations, and driving system enhancements that improve efficiency and customer experience. The IT Manager will also oversee vendor coordination, troubleshoot technical issues, and align IT solutions with the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the technology ecosystem with focus on ERP, POS, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure smooth integration across outlets and maintain a stable, secure IT infrastructure to support daily operations.
  • Drive system enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Oversee vendor coordination and manage relationships with IT providers.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Align IT solutions and roadmap with the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven IT management experience, preferably in retail or food service.
  • Experience in system migrations.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of store IT systems, hardware, and software maintenance.
  • Experience setting up IT systems for new store openings, including in-store camera installation.
  • Ability to develop and execute IT strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Effective management and motivation of a team; strong communication skills with internal teams and store managers.
  • English proficiency; good communication skills for delivering updates to others.
