Job summary

An anonymous company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager. The role involves leading daily IT operations, managing enterprise network systems, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Qualifications

• Prepare project plans, budgets, and reports.
• Support IT projects including upgrades and new system deployments.

Job description

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Minimum 5 years experiences in IT infrastructure or IT Operations

Strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure, including but not limited to Network Solution (LAN, Wi-fi), Server, and IT Hardware (CCTV, PC/Laptop, Telephone, Access Door, etc.).

Familiar with firewalls, routing, switching, and other system policies. Strong knowledge of networking , servers, virtualization (e.g., VMware) and experience with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)

Understand about ISO 27001 will be an advantage

Strong time management and able to manage project / request from other department

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations, ensuring all systems and services run efficiently and meet SLA requirements
• Oversee enterprise network operations, including LAN and Wi-Fi
• Troubleshooting of IT hardware and Network system
• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and disposal.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and periodical report
• Support IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new system deployments
• Work closely with cybersecurity team, database team, and compliance team to fulfill their needs without any issue or risk.
