Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct and oversee IT Governance in ASI Operations, including IT Projects and IT Operations.
2. Responsible for developing and implementing new or updated AXA Policies, Standards, and Procedures related to IT Governance.
3. Implement new IT Governance Policies, Standards, or Procedures and communicate them to stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with relevant business parties to identify and meet expectations related to IT Governance.
5. Measure and monitor the implementation of IT Governance in IT Projects and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Management, or Engineering.
• Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience in business requirement gathering, IT Audit, and Governance.
• Experience in creating Standards, Policies, and Procedures for IT Governance, including RACI and process flow diagrams.
• Knowledge of IT Audit standards or certifications such as CISA or frameworks like COBIT.
• Experience in group insurance, general insurance, business, or finance sectors is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills; fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, including report writing.
• Ability to manage projects, conduct workshops, and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders confidently.
• Knowledge of Security Audit, Security Policy, and Security Risk Management.
