Job summary

A leading technology and resources company in Indonesia is seeking IT support personnel to assist in SAP systems and application development. Ideal candidates should hold at least a diploma in IT or a related field and possess skills in Manufacturing Execution Systems and Warehouse Management Systems. Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Familiar with SAP systems (MM, SD, PP, or basic SAP support); experience as SAP end-user or IT support is preferred.

Assist in the planning and development of the company’s application systems.

Familiar with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other related systems.

Provide daily operation and maintenance support for logistics modules, including procurement, sales, and production.

Basic knowledge of system troubleshooting, user support, and incident handling.

Ability to collect and understand user requirements and communicate effectively with internal teams or vendors.

Good documentation skills and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills in English; Mandarin skills are an advantage.
