Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Quotations and managing the sales lifecycle is an advantage.
• Experience in oil & gas, EPCI and tender is an advantage.
• Experience in fire protection product is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries, review, and analyze inquiries to determine scope, specifications, and feasibility.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, technical data, and lead times.
• Collaborate with teams to develop accurate pricing based on bill of materials and vendor quotes.
• Prepare and submit detailed commercial and technical proposals.
• Support Sales team in compiling tender documents.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and maintain communication with clients.
• Maintain records of inquiries, proposals, and vendor communications.
