Project Management Experience & Skills:

Experience in infrastructure projects at least 3-5 years in large scale projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices. This involves managing project risks, issues, schedules, and resources effectively

Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget

Project scoping, planning, budgeting, and scheduling

Risk and issue management

Vendor and contract management

Proven experience managing project: System Infrastructure Migration, System Infrastructure Integration, Network and Security Infrastructure, End-user computing & collaboration platforms

Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business leaders.

Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure project deliverables are met as per project plan

Capability to identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring projects are delivered within schedule, scope, and budget

Experience in managing the creation and maintaining of project documentation, including project plans, deliverables checklists, and final project reports. This ensures that all project activities are documented and reported accurately

Proven leadership of large teams and multiple vendors across geographies.

Ability to define and align project goals with business strategy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.

Skilled in change management and organizational transformation.

Technical Knowledge

Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components, including:

• Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN)
• Operating System
• Servers & storage
• Backup & disaster recovery
• Cybersecurity fundamentals
