Job description

Ensure compliance with customs and import regulations, including document validation and coordination with PPJK.

Manage freight and logistics operations, including shipment planning and execution from origin warehouses to Indonesia (Air & Sea Freight).

Oversee and monitor inbound supply chain activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production and distribution schedules.

Utilize SAP/ERP systems for logistics, inventory tracking, and reporting.

Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, including forwarders, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Accounting, Tax, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Prepare, review, and control all import-related documents to support smooth clearance and compliance processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of customs procedures, import regulations, and international trade compliance (having a PPJK certification is a plus).
  • Experience managing air and sea freight shipments.
  • Hands-on proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
