A leading improvement consultancy in Indonesia is seeking an Improvement Officer responsible for fostering an improvement culture among employees. The role involves guiding and training staff through various improvement projects and methodologies. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience is required. Candidates should be self-motivated, possess good communication skills, and be willing to travel across West Java.
Improvement Officer will be responsible for conducting an improvement culture and ensuring all employees are involved in improvement projects. Other responsibilities include guiding and advising employees through training, coaching clinics, and mentoring improvement projects, as well as participating in improvement conventions.
