Qualifications

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative work.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic HR tools.
  • Able to commit to 3 days per week (9 AM – 6 PM).

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment by posting vacancies, screening CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
  • Help prepare contracts and ensure HR compliance.
  • Support attendance, leave tracking, and staff schedules.
  • Assist with employee relations, team communication, and engagement activities.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to management.
