Job description

Human Resources and General Affair Manager

Controlling for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP);

Responsible in HR and Development area : Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment & Selection, Training, Performance & Talent Management, Organization Development, HR legal aspect, Industrial Relations;

Good knowledge in local employment, laws, statutory requirements, and strong understanding in Indonesian Labor Regulations;

Administrating payroll & maintain employee records;

Understand of human capital concept, Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan;

General affair task will be include as part of his / her responsibilities :

• Maintain company expenses inline with budget;
• Familiar with licensing & company registration process;
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workplace, including procurement & maintain of company assets.

Requirements :

• D3 / S1 Graduate from reputable university majoring Law or Human Resources Management;
• At least 5 years extensive and relevant experience in Human Resources Management is a must;
• Strong leadership ability;
• Fluent in English also computer literate (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Familiar with KPI & HR system;
• Knowing Indonesian Labour Law will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills liaise with management and staff at all levels;
• A team player, resourceful, independent and performance driven.
