A leading HR company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced human resource professional. The role involves formulating HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and facilitating employee onboarding. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly English, Japanese, and Mandarin, is essential for effective communication. This position demands strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with labor laws in Indonesia.
Assist in formulating and implementing human resource policies and procedures to ensure the standardized operation of the company's HR work.
Be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow-up, and entry procedures.
Participate in employee onboarding training, help new employees integrate into the team quickly, and assist in organizing various internal training activities.
Handle employee attendance management, payroll calculation, social security and provident fund payment, and other daily personnel affairs.
Maintain employee files, update employee information in a timely manner, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of personnel data.
Coordinate employee relations, handle employee inquiries and complaints, organize team building activities, and enhance team cohesion.
Assist in the performance appraisal work, including the issuance and collection of appraisal forms, data collation and summary.
Complete other HR‑related work assigned by superiors.
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related majors is preferred.
Possess certain HR work experience (at least 1‑2 years of relevant work experience is preferred), familiar with basic human resource management theories and practices.
Proficient in multiple languages, including but not limited to English, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese. Have excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in these languages, and be able to use them proficiently in daily work (such as international talent recruitment, foreign employee communication, etc.).
Familiar with national and local labor laws and regulations, and have a good understanding of personnel‑related policies and procedures.
Have strong communication and coordination skills, interpersonal skills, and problem‑solving abilities. Be patient, careful, and responsible in work.
Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiar with the operation of HR management systems is a plus.
