Job summary

A leading property development company in Jakarta is seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environment Professional to oversee compliance with safety regulations and conduct risk assessments in a dynamic environment. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, certification in health and safety, and at least three years of experience in HSE. Responsibilities include monitoring health conditions, preparing reports, and developing preventive safety programs. Night shifts and weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
• Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U) and Fire Safety Manager.
• Thorough understanding of statutory requirements related to Work Safety & Health Act.

• Min. 3 years experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).
• Have experience working in Mall / High Rise Building / Apartment.
• Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U) and Fire Safety Manager.
• Thorough understanding of statutory requirements related to the Work Safety & Health (WSH) Act and other safety aspects.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and influence others.
• Willing to work in Night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed at K Mall - Central Jakarta.

Job Description

• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Ensure and supervise the implementation of HSE procedures to comply with company and government HSE regulations.
• Make periodic reports related to HSE implementation in the company.
• Provide information, regulations, standards, and HSE procedures that apply in the company if there are updates to interested employees.
• Supervise the implementation of business processes, policies and SOPs.
• Develop HSE programs that are promotive, preventive and corrective in minimizing the number of work accidents and occupational diseases.
• Monitor the health conditions of the work environment and the safety of work equipment.
• Compile, monitor and maintain documents related to OHS.
• Conduct investigations to analyze the causes of work accidents so that the same accidents will not recur.
• Compile OHS performance reporting.
• Evaluate accident incidents so that accidents with the same cause can be controlled.
• Connecting between the company and the government.
• Conduct building inspections of tenants, exhibitions, events, and area shophouses.
