Job summary

A leading retail company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR Data/HRIS Specialist. This role involves maintaining employee contracts and data systems, developing reports, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and is fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience as HR Data/HRIS Specialist.
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a MUST (Mandarin is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Monitor & maintain all employee contract, BPJS, company insurance and database.
• Develop, maintain and monitor accuracy of data HRIS.
• Develop and implement reports, dashboards and other analytics to support HR initiatives.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of employee data in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
