A shipping company based in Jakarta Utara is seeking an HRGA Supervisor to manage payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and office administration. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of HR experience and be fluent in Mandarin and English. This role supports compliance with labor laws and fosters efficient HR operations.
1. Responsible for payroll calculation, employee benefits, and compensation management, including PPh 21 tax calculation; ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely processing to support fair and efficient HR operations.
2. Responsible for the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process;
3. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation, documentation, and facilitating a smooth transition into the organization;
3. Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies;
4. Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations;
5. Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims, and communicating benefit information to employees;
6. Manage office administration tasks, including procurement, office supplies, maintenance, and facility management;
7. Handle visa and work permit applications for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations;
8. Prepare and Maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
9. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Haveaminimumof1yearsworkingexperience as an HRGA Supervisor or in a similar HR and General Affairs role
3. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
4. Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is a must
5. Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
6. Proficiency in using MS Office applications
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
