Atompay are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HRGA Supervisor to oversee Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This role will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting overall office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee administration
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and internal communication
  • Ensure implementation of company policies, SOPs, and labor regulations
  • Handle General Affairs activities such as office facilities, assets, vendors, and office supplies
  • Coordinate employee benefits, payroll data, and HR reports
  • Support management in HR planning and organizational development
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR & GA, with at least 1 year as Supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
