Job Summary

HRGA Staff is responsible for support Human Resources and General Affairs Department, as well as supporting company operations. This position plays an important role in employee administration, employment compliance, office facility management, and setting up and developing technology-based HR systems.

Education
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Administration / Information Systems / Informatics Engineering
  • HR / HRIS / IT support certification is a plus
  • Mandatory Fluent English (communication and writing)
Work Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years as HRGA Staff
  • Experience managing HRIS / attendance systems
  • Experience handling office operational GA (assets, vendors, permits)
  • Internal IT support experience (basic-intermediate) is a plus
  • Able to drive a car or motorcycle (driver's license required)
  • End-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, offering)
  • Understanding of Indonesian Labor Law
  • Office asset & inventory management
  • Procurement of stationery & office supplies
  • Facilities management & daily office operations
IT Competencies (Required / Value Added)
  • Managing HRIS / ERP / internal company systems
Basic troubleshooting
  • Computer, printer, light network
