Job description

We are seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to lead and oversee Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This role will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment and employee relations, overseeing training and performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the HRGA Manager will supervise general affairs operations, including office administration, facilities, procurement, and asset management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, capable of driving both people and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.

Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and maintain compliance with labor law.

Oversee training, career development, and performance evaluation programs.

Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

Manage General Affairs functions: office facilities, procurement, permits, and asset control.

Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and company regulations.

Foster positive company culture and support organizational change initiatives.

Lead and mentor the HRGA team to achieve department goals effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related systems.

Experience in handling General Affairs (office management, permits, facilities, procurement) is highly preferred.
