Job Requirements

  • Having at least 1 year experience in the field of HRGA/HR-Admin/HR Generalist is a plus point
  • Having experience working in the IT Industry or Agency is a plus
  • Proficient in reporting with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and ability to adapt well
  • Thorough in responsibilities and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys working on detailed and complex tasks
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient and fluent in English is a plus

Job Description

  • Support the Human Capital department directly
  • Maintain and organize employee documents such as personal information and employment contracts
  • Assist in managing payroll, leave, and overtime for employees
  • Update HR databases with personal documents and employee data
  • Create and present monthly reports to the HC team, focusing on operational activities
  • Review, revise, and update company regulations in accordance with government regulations
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Help resolve internal office issues among employees
  • Assist the Human Capital team in managing and administering the department's budget
  • Arrange business travel accommodations and record related costs
  • Familiarity with employee benefits and up-to-date knowledge of Government Workers Regulation (UUCK)
