A consulting firm in the FnB industry is seeking an HR professional to oversee the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance with Indonesian employment law. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR, excellent communication skills, and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the HR strategy and development within a dynamic industry.
· Overseeing the full employee life cycle including recruitment, on boarding, performance management, training and development, and off boarding in FnB industry.
· Administering payroll, employee benefits, and leave entitlements.
· Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
· Serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
· Contributing to the development of the company's HR strategy and implementation.
· Maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation.
· Assisting with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
