Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities

Support manager in organization and personnel management work, improve operation effectiveness. Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Monitor the execution of the HR plan, track onboarding and release of resources to ensure timeliness, manage personnel selection and utilization and take responsibility for HR efficiency.

Support for talent management. Identify capability gaps and organize and drive the improvement of relevant capabilities, including training and talent capability development plan.

Support in organizational climate building to enhance team cohesiveness and improve team vitality.

Take responsibilities and properly carry out personnel performance management.

Support in HR related operation & administrative work.

Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide expertise on HR related knowledge scope to staff and management.

Handling recruitment end-to-end process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major, minimum GPA 3.2/4.0. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written (mandatory).
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
  • Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
  • Good analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills to communicate with counterparts at different levels.
  • Team player, self‑motivated, result‑oriented and highly independent.
  • Sk with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
