A foreign investment company in Indonesia is seeking an HRBP & Development Specialist. The role involves developing training programs, conducting performance assessments, and creating a talent management system. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. The position emphasizes ethics and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and capable person to perform the role of HRBP & Development Specialist.
The HRBP & Development Specialist is responsible for preparing, implementing and maintaining all programs for People Development and Training throughout the company. Such programs include induction and onboarding training for new employees, conducting performance assessment for all employees; managing grading; identifying talent and providing the development and training means to secure talent; establishing the core sets of competencies for roles and identifying competency gaps requiring training and development solutions; establishing succession planning; and reporting and advisory to the Head of HR and other departments.
The role will report to the Head of Human Resources and is based in Jakarta.
