A leading recruitment firm in Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer. You will manage the full recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and build a strong candidate pipeline. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, particularly in Retail and Food Beverage sectors, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Responsible for managing the end to end process of recruitment activities Massive Interview.
Coordinate with HR Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
Coordinate with HR Talent Acquisition Manager to organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Sourcing high-quality candidates in line with organizational needs.
Oversee the hiring process, which includes coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting reference checks.
Take full responsibility with users in meeting recruitment needs.
Professional credential, such as Behavioral Event Interview (BEI).
Have a hands‑on and good experience with Job portal (LinkedIn, Jobstreet), and Microsoft (Power Point, Excel, Word).
Have a hands‑on and good experience in delivering psych test and analyzing the result, developing ability test, checking background.
A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
Excellent problem‑solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities.
High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience in HR Recruitment preferably Retail & Food Beverage experience.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and well organized.
A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting.
