This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Candidates should possess strong English skills and have a background in the F&B delivery industry, with at least 3 years in HR. It's an excellent opportunity to be involved in the development of the Business Development team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B delivery industry.
  • Experience in talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Ability to formulate and implement HR policies.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with a background in F&B, preferably ex-Hangry / Sagala, to support our client’s Multichannel Agency (focused on managing F&B clients). This role will be instrumental in building the Business Development (BD) team, designing the organizational structure, and overseeing HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, employment contracts, and attendance records.
  • Assist in workforce planning and organizational structure development.
  • Coordinate employee relations, performance management processes, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and contribute to continuous HR process improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within the F&B delivery industry (Ex Hangry / Sagala, will be prioritized)
