  • Drive the annual compensation cycle: salary review, bonus allocation, and incentive payouts, providing recommendations and insights to management.
  • Negotiate with vendors/insurers to optimize cost, coverage, and employee experience for health, retirement, and wellness benefits.
  • Draft, update, and advocate for HR reward-related policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with business strategy.
  • Use data-driven KPIs and analytics to monitor program effectiveness, presenting recommendations for strategic improvements to leadership.
  • Design and champion recognition and retention initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all matters related to compensation and benefits.

  • Ensure payroll integration with HRIS platforms, improving automation, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Provide payroll and workforce analytics to support financial planning and HR decision-making.
  • Implement continuous improvements to payroll/HRIS processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Performance Management (10%) - Strategic Linkage to Rewards: Guide the performance management framework, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions and ensure direct linkage between performance outcomes and reward decisions (merit increases, bonuses, promotions).
  • Continuously refine performance management cycles to strengthen employee engagement and retention, while supporting talent and succession planning.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in Multifinance/Fintech companies.
