The HR Operations Manager role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR daily operations and processes across the organization

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage HR Operations to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all HR Operations processes

Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timely, precise salary disbursement

Support HR policies and procedures implementation across all departments

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve HR-related queries and issues

Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, especially in the agriculture industry

Understanding of HR systems, payroll processes, and labor law compliance
