A leading company in the agriculture industry is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to ensure efficient delivery of HR operations across the organization. The successful candidate will manage payroll, implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare HR reports. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, strong communication skills, and a background in HR systems. The position is based in Indonesia, Papua Selatan.
The HR Operations Manager role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR daily operations and processes across the organization
Lead and manage HR Operations to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all HR Operations processes
Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timely, precise salary disbursement
Support HR policies and procedures implementation across all departments
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve HR-related queries and issues
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
Minimum education: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, especially in the agriculture industry
Understanding of HR systems, payroll processes, and labor law compliance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
