About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with fluency in Mandarin to join our dynamic team at PT Delonix Group Indonesia as a full-time HR Mandarin Speaker. This strategic role will be responsible for providing HR support and expertise to our clients, with a focus on bridging the communication gap between our Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding
  • Support daily HR operations and employee relations
  • Maintain and manage HR documents, employee data, and records accurately
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and improving HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in HR projects related to people development, engagement, and process improvement
  • Communicate professionally using Mandarin with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (Officer–Supervisor level)
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • High-energy individual with strong willingness to learn, grow, and innovate
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
