Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives for the new manufacturing site.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to hire key roles, focusing on building a highly skilled team, including factory workers, supervisors, and management staff.
  • Establish HR frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs that help new hires integrate smoothly and ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles.
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to the local market while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, health and safety standards, and company policies. Handle employee relations, including dispute resolution, in accordance with legal and company frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
