Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
  • Ensure HR policies and SOPs are properly documented, implemented, and consistently applied across the organization.
  • Support communication and socialization of HR policies to employees and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and support HR initiatives and projects, including HR process improvement and system enhancement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of HR projects.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Review HR processes periodically to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen HR governance and operational efficiency.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR documentation and processes.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including organization structure review, role clarity, and job documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of OD programs such as performance management, competency framework, and culture initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare OD-related data and reports to support decision-making.
