What you will do:
To maintain the cleanliness, order, and hygiene of guest areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment that reflects the brand’s premium service standards.

• Perform daily cleaning of guest areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities according to standards.
• Follow cleaning checklists and SOPs to maintain brand quality.
• Report any damages, maintenance needs, or lost-and-found items promptly.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and store equipment properly after use.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
