Responsibilities:

Working as Head of Trade Marketing (Lens And Frames), you will be accountable for driving the largest incremental revenues and new business sales within Indonesia Accounts. Focusing on sell‑outs, you are mainly responsible for growing sustainable wholesale sales with our Key Account and DOM Account customers for our multi‑brand portfolio in Indonesia, ultimately strengthening our market share and trade visibility.

  • Develop customer sales strategies by brand to achieve sales targets, cash control targets, profit & margin contribution and to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and lead sales and product presentations to the key accounts, conduct business reviews with company‑provided reports and tools.
  • Participate in forecasting and tracking, sales presentation development, account reviews, and product planning. Show proactive marketing initiatives and merchandising presentations win strategy support, competitor insight, market expertise and ad‑hoc research.
  • Manage and implement customer assortments by brand at the customer level; interface with planner on inventory needs and changes to account assortments, inclusive of POM sales; establish merchandising program in line with direction from corporate office, customized to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with the trade marketing team to maximise key account in‑store presence, distribution tracking and coordinate needs with customers’ marketing department, inclusive of advertised images and POP needs for accounts.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in key account management with a sales channel in Indonesia.
  • Strong interest in luxury and fashion brands and products.
  • Extensive knowledge of the apparel/FMCG/jewellery/cosmetics/luxury retail industry and experience at international companies.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English; Italian is an advantage.
  • Independent, meticulous with attention to detail.
  • High energy, fast‑paced, matrix‑reporting, multicultural environment and an action‑oriented goal getter.
  • Strong sales capabilities, planning and analytical skills.
  • Good ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization with strong presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset and able to build strong business rapport with all management levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and analytical skills that enable you to handle a complex sales cycle (multi‑brands, multiple collections and large POS network) and coordinate with multiple internal departments.
  • Natural acumen for not only driving sell‑in but also a real understanding of retail operations and ability to drive the sell‑through.
  • Ability to work and manage in an ambiguous/changing environment.
