You are the first line of offense for RM Entertainment. You will travel, network, and dig through the digital and physical world to find talent that breaks through. You don't bring us "good singers"—you bring us icons who have the hunger, the look, and the X-factor to dominate the market.
Active Scouting: Scour TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, underground clubs, and music festivals across Indonesia to find untapped talent.
Vetting & Auditions: Conduct rigorous auditions. You are responsible for the first filter: only the elite make it to the CEO's desk.
Trend Forecasting: Identify emerging genres and styles before they go mainstream.
Competitor Analysis: Know exactly who the other labels are signing and find someone better, faster, and more marketable.
Artist Onboarding: Build the initial relationship with the talent and their families/managers to bring them into the RM ecosystem.
Exceptional Instinct: You can spot a star from across the room. You understand that "talent" is only 20%—the rest is attitude, discipline, and image.
Deep Industry Network: You know the studio owners, the vocal coaches, and the indie scene leaders across Indonesia.
Aggressive Mindset: You are a hunter. You don't wait for demos to arrive; you go out and take the best talent before anyone else does.
No Compromise on Quality: You would rather bring us zero candidates than one mediocre one.
Bilingual: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English to coordinate with our international CEO.
