A well-established and growing hospitality group in Bali is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth across multiple restaurant brands and catering services. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader with deep knowledge of the Bali F&B market and a proven hospitality sales background.

Position Summary

The Head of Sales will be responsible for maximizing revenue across catering services and all restaurant outlets by developing comprehensive sales strategies, driving business development, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Planning
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and adjust strategies
Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Acquire and manage corporate clients, tour operators, event organizers, and wedding planners
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and agencies
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
  • Manage client database and CRM system
Revenue Generation
  • Drive MICE, group bookings, private dining, catering, and venue buyouts
  • Collaborate with marketing to create attractive sales packages and promotions
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement actions
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Set sales targets and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative sales culture
  • Work closely with restaurant operations, chefs, and marketing teams
  • Provide market insights to management for business and product development
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong background in hospitality / F&B sales, with leadership experience
  • Proven sales track record within the Bali market and strong local network (mandatory)
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours
