About Our Client

As they continue to scale, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead their sales organization and accelerate revenue growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, lead, and implement the companys sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from demand generation and pipeline management to deal closure and post-sale customer experience.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, and developing future leaders.
  • Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline reporting to executive leadership.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and customer outcomes.
  • Lead pricing negotiations, strategic deals, and contract discussions to maximize value and profitability.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and industry shifts to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership or head-level roles.
