Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the overall operations and business activities of Sekolah Pelita Harapan (SPH).

Develop and implement effective strategies, policies, and programs to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

Provide leadership and guidance to various functional areas, including financial management, marketing and admissions, corporate affairs, facility management, human resources, non‑academic operations, and support services.

Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align operational activities with the school's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational functions, ensuring compliance with established policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Establish strong relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, suppliers, government agencies, and community organizations.
