Full-time | Based in SukkhaCitta HQ (Alam Sutera, Tangerang)

As Head of Marketing, you’ll lead how the world sees, feels, and connects with our brand. Your role is to build the system and strategy behind our voice—ensuring that every campaign, post, event, and partnership not only looks beautiful, but builds awareness, love, and loyalty for our mission.

You’ll work across digital, offline, and media channels to grow our community and deepen engagement, while guiding a small but passionate team toward one goal: making regenerative luxury the new standard.

Responsibilities
  • Lead our brand storytelling across all channels—social media, email, press, events, in-store, and more
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar, aligning it with product drops, impact milestones, and campaigns
  • Create campaigns that inspire and grow our community—online and offline
  • Collaborate with creatives, influencers, and media to amplify our voice
  • Guide the marketing team, helping them grow and execute with consistency and creativity
  • Work closely with other teams, especially Sales and Impact, to keep everything aligned and strategic
Requirements
  • Has 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in retail/fashion.
  • Has led successful multi-channel campaigns—from digital to PR, activations to collaborations.
  • Is deeply skilled in brand storytelling and narrative-building that connects with purpose-driven audiences.
  • Has a strong grasp of digital performance marketing, including paid, organic, CRM, and analytics.
  • Has experience managing budgets, KPIs, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is strategic yet hands-on—comfortable leading a brainstorm and a budget review.
  • Is a values-driven leader who believes business can—and should—be a force for good.
  • You care about impact and want to use your skills to support something bigger
