DAXTRO Ice serves various industries such as fisheries, F&B, poultry and meat processing, government sectors, and any business that requires large‑capacity ice machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing team and oversee all marketing activities across online and offline channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and support the company’s ongoing brand change/brand transformation initiative.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through digital marketing, social media, advertising, SEO/SEM, content, and other marketing funnels.
  • Manage offline marketing activities including exhibitions, pop‑up booths, events, and collaborations.
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand presence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee marketing data analysis to support decision‑making and strategy optimization.
  • Work closely with design, data, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs such as leads, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, online marketing, and social media ecosystems.
  • Experience handling brand change / rebranding is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience managing both online and offline marketing strategies.
  • Good understanding of marketing funnels, brand building, and lead generation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing internal teams and external vendors.
  • Creative, data-driven, and able to execute marketing strategies independently.
