Responsibilities

• Preparing Monthly Financial Statements and handling full set of accounts.
• Maintenance of cash book records and reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Cashflow forecasting and preparation of audit schedules.

• Preparing Monthly Financial Statement Handling Full Set Of Accounts
• Maintenance Of Cash Book Records And The Reconciliation Of Bank Accounts
• Recording And Reconciliation Of Supplier Invoices And Payments On Accounting Software
• Cashflow Forecasting
• Preparation Of Accruals And Prepayments For Month End
• Fixed Asset Register Maintenance
• Preparation Of Audit Schedules And Reports
• Any Ad-hoc Assignments

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree of Business/ Economics/ Accounting and/or equivalent professional qualification
• Ideally between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4, startup, and multinational company
• Fluent in English is a MUST
• Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
• Proactive in problem-solving and client management
• Meticulous and detailed
• Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore compliance requirements on finance, accounting, tax, Companies Act, Accounting is a definite advantage.
