What this job can offer you

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a HCM Analyst, joining our new HCM Onboarding Team (HR Services Team) supporting our HRIS Product. You will work with our customers to ensure an exceptional implementation experience and system solutions delivery. You will support the HCM & GP Onboarding Consultants and wider business to deliver a successful implementation by mapping requirements and workflows, managing data migrations, setting up systems, and designing user manuals for technology solutions. You will leverage deep knowledge of Remote HCM product and a strong commitment to customer experience.

What you bring

  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL queries and data analysis.

  • Ability to create clear, user-friendly guides, training materials, and system documentation for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in analyst functions for system implementations, integrations and configuration for enterprise clients.
  • Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scripts and guiding users through testing.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms and data migration best practices.
  • Fluent English (speaking and writing).
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams from discovery to final sign-off of HRIS implementations.
  • Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements and map processes to ensure system requirements align with project plans.
  • Support integration projects with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Set up HRIS systems according to customer requirements in collaboration with their IT, HR, Data, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Create customised client documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption.
  • Create UAT plans and test scripts based on customer builds and processes.
  • Ensure smooth handover to BAU teams and support hypercare when required.
  • Ensure data and analysis deliverables meet timelines with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Payroll, Customer Success and other stakeholders to ensure timely implementation.

The base salary range for this full-time role is USD 33,300 to 74,850, with actual pay dependent on location, skills, experience, and business needs. Salary ranges may change over time.
