A growing decarbonization platform seeks a hands-on Growth Marketer to enhance demand generation through innovative campaigns in HubSpot. You will engage in creating and optimizing email campaigns, collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, and leverage AI tools for efficiency. Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience and are HubSpot certified. This role is a one-year contract with opportunities for extension based on performance.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Growth Marketer who enjoys building things in HubSpot, testing ideas in the real world, and using AI to get more done without cutting corners. You’ll be creating campaigns that generate pipelines (not just nice slides), working closely with Sales, and improving things week by week. If you like seeing your work go live, learning from what works and what doesn’t, and shipping often, you’ll feel at home here. This is a 1‑year contract role, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance.
