Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee company’s finances, HR, and administrative functions.

  • Control all finance and accounting functions including treasury and tax.
  • Prepare and review monthly management reports and financial analyses.

Job description
GM – Finance and Administration (Station in Central Java)

Work Location: Central Java (Solo) and willing to relocate to East Java & North Sumatra

This is a full-time on-site role located at our toll road project for a GM – Finance and Administration. The GM will be responsible for overseeing the company's finances, HR, and administrative functions. The day-to-day tasks associated with this role include, but are not limited to budgeting, financial reporting, analysis of financial statements, management of accounting functions, internal control procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Handle financial reporting and to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, local regulatory requirements as well as adherence to the Group policies and procedures

Control and supervise all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, which includes treasury, credit control, cash management, tax and financial audit

Perform month-end closing for the Group including preparation and review of financial analyses, report and monitor any business issues and drafting commentary for management reporting

Prepare monthly management report and quarterly management meeting material to group management

Prepare and monitor annual budget and forecast. Provide analysis on variances

Liaise/co-ordinate with external auditors for statutory audit of the Group

Perform ad hoc works as assigned, such as merger & acquisition and other business transactions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

Professional certifications such as CA, CPA or CFA are preferred

At least 10 years of experience in both CPA firms and commercial environment

Experience in Audit or Taxation is an advantage

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Experience in infrastructure and toll road industry an advantage

Ability to work well under pressure and fast‑paced working environment

MBA or other advanced degree is preferred

Good command of both written and spoken English

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, Mandarin is an advantage
