Job summary

A healthcare organization in Palembang is seeking a General Warehouse and Asset Controller Staff to oversee the management of goods in the warehouse. Job description

General Warehouse and Asset Controller Staff

• Full-time
• Responsible for checking, providing and maintaining every item that will be sent or received.
• Maintain the security of all goods stored in the warehouse (from damage or loss) by carrying out detailed records and storing them in accordance with the character and usage cycle of the goods.
• Record reductions and additions to stock on the stock card, replace stock cards that have run out (full), place cards next to items.
• Carry out routine checks on goods in the warehouse to find out expiry dates, damaged, broken, dented goods, etc.
• Process all requests for goods in accordance with procedures, especially empty or CITO goods.
• Make periodic reports containing expired, damaged, dented goods, goods in minimum stock, etc. to superiors for follow-up.
• Bachelor (S1) from any related major.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is important.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry and reporting.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking, asset management, and documentation.
• Preferably those who have minimum 2 years experience as warehouse/logistics staff.
