Our Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Information Technology / General Manager Information Technology to lead the IT team, located in Fatmawati South Jakarta, with the following responsibilities.

Technology Implementation and Management

• Technology evaluation: Researching and recommending new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Infrastructure management: Ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centre.
• Security: Implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Strategic Planning and Leadership

• Developing IT strategy: Aligning IT goals with the organization's business objectives.
• Leading IT teams: Managing and mentoring IT professionals to ensure optimal performance.
• Budgeting: Overseeing IT budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Service Delivery and Support

• IT service delivery: Overseeing the delivery of IT services to end-users, including help desk support and system maintenance.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skill.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise IT: networks, cloud, ERP, CRM, cybersecurity, database management.
• Hands‑on experience with software development lifecycle.
• Familiar with emerging technologies: AI/ML, IoT, Big Data, Cloud-native solutions.
